LMK03328: I can’t program the EEPROM

Hello,
I can’t program the EEPROM in LMK03328 device.
Using codeloader4 ver4.20.2, partfile ver1.0.0
I follow the EEPROM Programming Flow in SNAU185 document.
Reg. value write is okay but EEPROM program is failed.
The device and configuration information are below,
