CDCE72010: Theta JC Value?

Part Number: CDCE72010

My customer is trying to do some system level thermal modeling with the CDCE72010.  I see we list a Theta JP (junction to pad) for this device.  Is there also a Theta JC (junction to case) available?

    Hi Dan,

    I checked and we do not have a Theta JC parameter for this device. Can you use the Theta JP or Theta JA values that are provided?

    Hi Lane,

    My customer is looking to dissipate heat from both the top and bottom of the device - possibly an additional top mounted heatsink.  Are there any other thermal resistance characteristics we may have on file for this part (not in the datasheet) - like Psi-JT or similar - that could help them determine this?

    Sorry for the delay in my response. A thermal data requqest was submitted for CDCE72010, here are the thermal parameters [degrees C/W]:

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value)

    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)

    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)

    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)
