Table 38 of the LMX2594 datasheet shows the differential clocking connection as having 50Ohm termination resistors inside the LMX2594 device:
Just to check, are the OSCin ports always high impedance? Or is there a user control that i've missed that lets one turn on internal termination?
If it helps, it might be worth amending the datasheet diagram to show the diferential temination external to the device.
