My customer wants to know how long it takes to switch one input to the other after
IN_SEL state is changed for CDCLVP1204.

Dear Fumio,

thank you for your question. It appears this specifications is not in the D/S. I will guess this switch is fairly fast in the response time will be in the nsec speed. I do not have better accuracy to provide. You may be able to order the EVM of this device for a complete evaluation.
