Could we use CDCLVP1212 for expand 100Mbps Ethernet PHY signal? If not, is there any other IC for this requirement?

If it is for 100 Mbps PHY signal, not a clock, try TS3L301.

TS3L301 is a switch not fanout, if we need expand PHY signal, is there any Ethernet fanout device? What about CDCLVP1212 or LMK00304?

Hi Kailyn,
No. Clock buffer can't handle MLT-3 (three levels: +1, 0, -1) signal for 100BASE-T.
You may need an Ethernet hub. Try to find it from vendors not only limited in TI.
