Will a life reference signal of 100MHz sinewave present cause any damage when the LMX2592 is powered down?

Dear Ben,

When our device is not powered up and driven with a reference, you will be basically turning the ESD diodes on on either side if above ground or below ground (let's assume you have a AC coupled signal). This is ok to do as the ESD diodes with not fail on this use case. This is obviously done for short period of time i imagine while bringing up your module.
