Reference Pro don't connenct with computer ,check GUI of TICS Pro tools,GUI display "USB discennected' ,pleasse help.By the way,cables and lmx2594EVM connected ok.

hi Binlin,

Can you try this?
1. connect Ref PRO to a PC
2. make sure USB driver is installed proerly
3. open TICS Pro
4. Does TICS Pro request for a firmware update?
5. if so, please following the pop-up instruction to update firmware
6. Then go to "USB communications" --> Interface
7. Make sure you have selected USB2ANY in the "Interface" box.
8. Click the "Identify" button
9. "USB Connected" should turn green
