CDCE72010: The code cannot be loaded normally in CD mode.

We want to use CDCE72010 to write EEPROM.

However, the code cannot be loaded normally in CD mode.

Operation as below

Step1, Write register0~11 + 0000001F (Unlock) in SPI mode

Step2, Power down

Step3, Power up

Step4, MODE_SEL driving low; MOSI(CD3) driving low
