LMX2594: Platinum PLL sim software shows LMX2594 as an option, yet upper left window refuses to update accordingly...????

On my computer and all lab computers it works fine. Two things to consider:
1. After you click the device, you also have to press the "Load Device" button that turns orange. Maybe this is hidden and you need to resize the selection window by dragging the frame bars.
2. If you are clicking this button and it's not doing anything, then be sure that the LMX2594 is not already loaded. Lower left corner shows "Device Selected". I think that version 1.5.2 defaults to LMX2572, but if you have an older version, the default could be the LMX2594.
3. If it's not the above, then maybe it's a windows multi-language issue. Some languages swap period and comma. For instance, 1/2 = "0.5", not "0,5" in English. I thought I fixed these issues, but our testing is limited in other languages and it was causing issues in earlier versions.

Thanks for the prompt reply, attached is the screen that I get, no  load device button...? windows 10 supporting hebrew and english

no bars to move, I moved the internal frames and didn't find this button...

please HELP ASAP.
