1. Yes, 125 and 156.25 MHz can be generated by PLL1 VCO = 5000 MHz, and 307.2 MHz can be generated by PLL2 VCO = 4915.2 MHz. These VCO frequencies can be divided-down by the output divider to get the final output frequencies.
2. Yes, the output muxes on OUT4 to OUT7 can be configured to output a buffered copy of either PRIREF or SECREF inputs.
