The min edge rate depends on the jitter performance required. Slower edge rate increases the buffer's additive jitter. Please see this app report for the details: www.ti.com/.../scaa115.pdf

Hi Simon,

Input signal 25Mhz, input edge rate from 0 to 3.3V (10%-90%) < 5ns.

Could it be the problem?
