Is there any difference in the ramp reset function between the LMX2491 and LMX2492?

For a continuous triangle sweep function, should the ramp reset be enabled?

Can the use and function of the ramp reset function be clarified?

Other than input frequency range, are there any operating or programming differences between the LMX2491 and LMX2492?

    Hi Doug,

    The only difference between 2491 and 2492 is the input frequency range.
    Ramp reset is necessary when the end frequency of ramp n is not equal to the start frequency of ramp n+1. So for a continuous triangle ramp, ramp reset is not needed.
