I need:
Thermal resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC)

Thermal resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)

Maximum Junction Temperature

Hi Sam,

Can you use the Theta JA value given in the datasheet? It is 147 deg C/W.

I'm looking into the maximum junction temperature.
