LMK01801: about LMK01801 output delay

hi dear supporting team,

if customer only use the analog delay function of LMK01801, and do not use divider function, how about the inherent propagation delay of the chip besides the setted anallog delay (especially on C12&13?) during power cycle? and how about the channel skew btw CH12 &13? Will " sync" signal have impact on analog delay module, i.e. make the output edge alignment like it does for digital delay module? tks!

Vera,

There is an analog propogation delay of this device in addition to the analog delay. I think that the dividers add a few hundred ps to the delay.

Skew from CLK12 to CLK13 should be typical 3 ps, as datasheet specs, as they share the same output divider.

I would not expect sync to have an impact on the analog delay module as this is related to the dividers.
