Hello Team,
In datahsheet of LMK03318, 12.4.1 Mixing Supplies section recommends that tighten the 4 power rails, VDD_IN, VDD_PLL, VDD_LDO, and VDD_DIG, together and provide same 3.3V power for them.
When power up the 3.3V to the above rails, we saw VDDO_01, VDDO_23, VDDO_4 tightened and not connnected to power source show -0.4V. May we know why other power rails VDDO_01, VDDO_23, VDDO_4 see -0.4V and what cause the leakage?
