LMX2594: Power supply IC recommendation

Depends on the output frequency, you may need different inductance to get the max. output power.
For example, above 5GHz, you may use 1nH inductor. We used LL1005-FH1N0S from Toko.
Below 5GHz, it seems that 10nH is better.

The power supply to this device should be low noise and has sufficient output current. If you are using a DC/DC converter, don't use PFM mode, this mode usually will create a lot of switching noise.
I don't understand the Hotrod package, maybe you should consult the power experts in TI.

The TPS62150 supports up to 17V, 1A of current, and does not have a forced PWM mode. Its DCS-Control is a low noise power save mode, which seems to be sufficient for this application.

What Vin do you have in your system? The TPS6282x series only supports up to 5.5Vin.

Thank you for confirming. Yes, TPS62821 or TPS62825 are 5Vin devices with smaller size and higher efficiency than TPS62150 and with the same PFM ripple.
