We don't have TINA /SPICE/or VHDH.

We have a IBIS model for the LMX2594, which is similar to the LMX2595.

Also, we have several other useful tools;

PLLatinum Sim can design your filter and simulate lock time, spurs, and phase noise.

Also, if you are interested in the output buffer, the attached document might be helpful too.
