LMK03318: How could I configure EEPROM successfully via i2c?

The procedure are as follows:
(1) setup the overall configuration. For example, input/output frequencies and formats
(2) Commit registers to SRAM
(3) Transfer the SRAM contents to EEPROM

Please read datasheet section 10.5.4 and 10.5.5. Please also read the EVM user's guides for details.
