CDCVF2310: Is this part suitable for fanning out gated clocks?

Hi,

Is the part "CDCVF2310MPWREP" suitable for fanning out gated clocks (in my case it will be gated sections of a 400KHz clock, with the clock remaining idle at logic 0 level for say 1ms in between)? As per the datasheet, I believe it is suitable indeed, since the minimum frequency listed is 0Hz ie DC. But just wanted a confirmation on this
