From the LMX2594 PLL datasheet, the reference input level appears to be 0.2 to 2 V peak to peak. I am using a sinusoidal 100 MHz signal ended input signal with a shunted 50 ohm resistor followed by a blocking capacitor into OSCINP. The other connection, OSCINM has a blocking capacitor followed by a 50 ohm resistor to ground.
Am I correct in calculating +10 dBm to -10 dBm for the input range or are there other considerations, since I am using a single ended input configuration? What is the max no-damage input level in this type of configuration?
