LMK04826: Can this device handle a 25% or 75% PWM signal at its CLKIN_P / N pins??

hello.

We want to use the LMK04826 in our newest design.  Anyhow we plan to input a PWM signal into its CLKIN pins.  This PWM signal will be 25% on somes and 75% on other times.  Does PLL1 look only at the rising edge of the CLKIN pins or does it look at both the rising and falling edges?

Please assist.
