Hi Ti

Recently i got a gift of METAWATCH WDS 111 from my Brother. Since from the unboxing the digital panel was not working but analog watch is working fine so troubleshoot it i followed the below link and did the exact steps instructed in the link, But then also digital functionality is not working. Only analog watch functionality is working nothing else is working even its not pairing with the Mobile Bluetooth. Please help me in making this completely working condition pls

    Did you check the suggestions in the E2E thread you've pointed to? It states that there are some challenges pairing with Bluetooth so you could check if the instructions in the post will help you.

    Can you verify that you followed all steps without any error messages? Also, step 5 indicates that the digital panel might not light up because the firmware is not properly flashed. Did you check that also?

    Besides, can you have a look at the "getting started? directly from MetaWatch? It's also linked to the thread you've followed.

    Form the behaviour you describe I assume any of the steps indicated wasn't properly followed or didn't work at the first attempt. Can you try again and follow the steps one more time? Keep an eye on any error message which could show up.

    Let me know if there is any change in the status afterwards.

    I assume the picture you've pasted shall indicate that the programmng of the device worked without an error.
    Could you please share details on the other questions I've posted.
    Besides, did you look into the documentation as I've indicated?

    and for your information further that upon more than 8Hrs charging also the Digital Display panel is not getting ON though it is showing paired in the mobile. Please help me to getting this watch working and doing its functionality what its designed for pl

    1) So you've followed the complete getting started and were able to program and setup the watch as indicated without any error message correct? What's the latest status of the Watch?
    2) Was the display ever working? Are you sure it's properly set up? Is the display the only part that's not working, meaning can you anyhow interact with the watch making sure that the application is really running on it?

    1) I have followed the complete getting Started link and i could able to set up without any error message. Currently the status of the watch is nothing is Displaying in the Digital display screen.

    2) From the Unboxing and also upon setting up with the following link

    nothing is displaying in the Display screen of the watch as of now i am using only ANALOG watch thats it.

    I understand you tried to reflash multiple times and received no error messages.
    As the digital display does not light up when the watch is fully charged and pressing the button to make the proper settings you could try switching your watch for a new one in case there is something wrong with your digital display.
    To do so you net to get in contact with the vendor where you got the watch. Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Still, to me it looks like the firmware didn't flash properly as it's not only the display but also the Bluetooth connection which doesn't seem to work, right? Make sure your phone supports the Bluetooth connection though.
    Unfortunately I can only guide you on following the steps and as you don't receive error messages the best guess would be to replace the watch.
