LMK03328: OUT3 side output error

Hello,

There is a quesion for our customer for LMK03328. After power on, Out3 output frequency is 108Mhz when LMK03328 is not configured by I2C.

After it's configured by I2C, some Out3 outputs 297 MHz (correct) and others 0 MHz (incorrect).

We have 8 sets of equipment, 2 of which have normal output, 6 output errors, would you please give your advice on it ? thank you very much.

At the end of their LMK03328 I2C programming sequence, do they trigger the PLL VCO calibration using software reset (toggle RESETN_SW bit = 0 to 1)? If not, I recommend to add this and check if it resolves the issue. Note that the 27 MHz input clock from the LMH1983 should be stable in frequency before the PLL VCO calibration.
