CDCLVC1310: Output skew when device is working @30MHz single-ended input and 25%/75% duty cycle

Part Number: CDCLVC1310

Hi, team,

My customer has one question about CDCLVC1310.

They have one application that the clock is 30Mhz single-ended, and the duty cycle is 25%, 50% and 75%.

Is there any result about the maximum output skew under 25% and 50% duty cycle single-ended input?

In datasheet, 0~200MHz with 40~60% duty cycle range is marked for AC Characteristic.

Thanks.

Johnny

  • add another qusetion :
Wheather Duty cycle on outputs will match incoming clock duty cycle or only 50% Fixed Duty Cycle on outputs
  • My interpretation is that the device specification allows a worst-case IDC of 40/60%, so IDC of 25/75% is outside of the allowed IDC spec and AC performance is not ensured under this condition.

The ODC spec of 45/55% means the device can contribute up to +/-5% DC error assuming IDC of 50%. If IDC is 40%, then ODC can be 40% +/- 5%. And if IDC is 60%, then ODC can be 60% +/- 5%.
