I have a problem with a CodeLoader LMK4803B configuration. In following image the output frequency seems to be correct. Mode selects the Internal VCO of 2000MHz for CLKout0_1 and divided by 10 gives 200MHz on CLKout0.
But now by changing the mode to "Dual PLL, Ext.VCO (Fin)" I think the selected frequency should be the frequency on CLKin, which is 100MHz. So I expect the CKLout0 to change to 100MHz/10 = 10MHz, but it is stuck on 200MHz. Do I misunderstand the meaning of the Mode setting or is it a configuration issue?
I attached the settings file for CodeLoader. I hope you can help me with this problem.
