LMK03328: About change of Vbb value

Hi,

I have a question about Vbb value.
At Revision C, TI changed Figure 45 text from Vbb=1.3V to Vbb=1.8V.
Is this the change of only text? or the change of specification?

If this is the change of specification.From when does TI change this spec?
Could you let me know lot Number, please?
