TPL5110: TPL5110 DRV pin issues

I have TPL5110 problem.

The DRV pin Vol is 1.54V not 0.3V, whe output LOW.

How to fix this issue.

Waveform and Schematic as below.

Is there any other connection to the DRV pin besides the MOSFET? Does DRV go the the expected VOL level if you disconnect the MOSFET?

This waveform has removed Q3 MOS.

Does this issue occur on multiple devices/ boards? I'm wondering if the device is damaged. Have you tried swapping the device with another?
