CDCI6214: Using single ended LVCMOS input?

Part Number: CDCI6214

I am looking at CDCI6214 clock generator, is there a standard method of connecting one of the REFP inputs as a single ended LVCMOS input; perhaps similar to the XIN input, where a potential divider followed by an ac coupler is used?

  • You can directly connect a LVCMOS driver through series/source termination (e.g. 22 ohms) to the REFP input, and pull-down the non-driven REFN input to ground. The REF input buffer levels are referenced to the VDDREF supply, so LVCMOS driver voltage should match the VDDREF voltage.
