LMK61E2: Can I use LMK61E2 to provide clock signal for TMS320F28379D?

Part Number: LMK61E2
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28379D, LMK61E0M

Can I use the LMK61E2 to generate a single-ended square wave from 0V to 3.3V with a 45-55% duty cycle and max rise/fall time of 6ns, whose maximum frequency should be 25MHz if using the PLL and 100MHz if not using the PLL?

How about using a Balun?

(The requirement of TMS320F28379D's clock signal is provided by TI employee from "C2000 32-bit Microcontrollers Forum".)

Thank you.
