CDCS501: lower frequency

Hi

Does this device support lower frequency such as 10MHz?

I saw the datasheet. It is the frequency range which is supported by this device as below.

However what is the impact if we use this device for the lower frequency?

And if it is not acceptable to use this device for the low frequency, is there any device can be used for the low frequency(like 9~11MHz)?

(We need the spread spectrum function.)
