CDCLVP111-SP: Is the CDCLVP111-SP's input cold spareable?

Wondering if the CDCLVP111-SP's is cold spareable? I guess it’s not because it has LVPECL circuit.

Any comments?

The CDCLVP111-SP is not cold spareable as there are diodes to rails on the inputs which would conduct when the device is not powered and alter the signal integrity.
