Please let me ask how to choose OSCin_FREQ value. For example if the customer want to use 3.6MHz input, which they should choose 3MHz (round down) or 4MHz (round off)?
These bits are to be programmed to the OSCin frequency. If the OSCin frequency is not an integral multiple of 1 MHz, then round to the closest value
