In this case, I think the datasheet is correct. We will update.

our observations show that the chip works correctly when FCAL_HPFD_ADJ value set in accordance with the TICS.

We also noticed a discrepancy of "Start VCO" parameter in TICS and Datasheet.

OK, a few things:
Datasheet mentions "VCO_SEL_STRT", which it shoudn't we will fix

I will update TICSPro in the next few weeks for the VCO assist. I see that it is recommending the wrong VCO and also VCO_CAPCTRL value
