I'm not an expert on these buffers and we probably have something newer and better, but have you considered any of the CDC devices, such as the CDCLV1104.

You may consider LMK00105 which can take a 1.05V single-ended input signal, then use a voltage divider to attenuate the LVCMOS outputs from VDDO level to 1.05 V. Output supply VDDO can be 1.5, 1.8, 2.5, or 3.3 V. Core supply VDD can be 2.5 or 3.3 V.

Hi,

Following the discussion, According to the spec, the VCLKout High is Vddo-0.1. (data sheet P.6) Does it mean if the input clock voltage is 1.05V then output will be Vddo-0.1V? Can you help to clarify the question? Thanks
