Enabling these output buffers increase the total board current consumption on the order of 90 mA per buffer, so I am assuming most of this is going through the pull-up. You can see this by taking an EVM and toggling the OUTA_PD bit.
In my attached document on the outputs, I concluded that about 24 mA of DC current and about 17 mA of AC current in OUTx_PWR=31 setting. So it looks like only a portion of that 90 mA is actually going through the pull-up.
