LMX2572LP: Ramp frequency range of LMX2572LP

Hi, I have a question about the ramp frequency range of LMX2572LP. In the datasheet, it reads, this device can generate one frequency from 12.5 MHz to 2 GHz. But what is the ramp frequency range of this device? Because normally  the Ramp frequency comes directly from VCO, it means for LMX2572LP 3.2GHz to 6.4GHz. Is it contradictory to max. 2GHz output? 

Another hypothesis: because of the outuput divider, can the ramp frequency range be 1.6GHz to 3.2 GHz?
