LMX2571: Performance when OUTBUF_TX_EN_F1 is disable

My customer is evaluating LMX2571 and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

When OUTBUF_TX_EN_F 1 is DISEBLE from the transmission state, the RFoutTX (17 pin) output is completely cut off, and leakage of radio waves at the transmission frequency from the IC cabinet can not be confirmed.

Could I confirm my understanding under below.

If OUTBUF_TX_EN_F1 is set to DISEBLE, the output divider is also stopping function and the transmission frequency is not generated.

    Hi Shinichi-san,

    Right, when the output buffer is disabled, the buffer is turned off. However, there is some leakage power, around -40dBm from the buffer.
    OUTBUF_TX_EN_F1 controls the output buffer only, it will not control the channel divider.
