TICSPRO-SW: TICS-Pro software: Aarvark/ftdi support

Does the TICS-Pro sw supports Aardvark device? I found out an "FTDI" interface in the "USB communication" tab. However it seems not detecting the Aarvark device (even if the driver is correctly installed.)

My goal is to program one LMK04828.

If the aardvark is not supported. Is there a specific FTDI to use?

Hello Nicolas,

TICS Pro only supports the USB2ANY. The other greyed out devices are for other CDC devices.

If you didn't order an EVM which comes with a USB2ANY, you can order a USB2ANY from here: ti.com/tool/USB2ANY

Thanks for your feedback.
We ordered evm ADS54J69EVM which is for ADC ADS54J69. This one does not come with an USB2ANY.
It relies on a FTDI device assembled on the board. That's why I am quite suprised that we have to use a USB2ANY.

My understanding is you should be able to program the LMK04828 through their interface for the onboard LMK04828.

Take a look at page 13 of the ADS54J69EVM User Guide. www.ti.com/.../slau662
