WEBENCH® Tools/LMX2594: Output freq not correct

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I was trying to get 10.24GHz with 100MHz OSCin. Spectrum analyzer showed 10.2GHz. It seems the fraction part is nor working. Any ideas?

Dean answered a similar question. My problem was fixed by his answer.
"The MASH_RST_N bit (R44[5]) is set to 0. So the MASH engine is in reset, which is integer mode. Enable this bit and I think it will fix your problem."
