LMK04826: LMK04826 maximum fDCLKout for other than LVCMOS

Hellow,

 

My customer has a question about LMK04826 maximum output frequency.

 

Other than LVCMOS, fDCLKout could be VCO0 max(1970MHz) or VCO1 max(2505MHz) for all LVPECL, LVDS, HSDS and LCPECL cases?

 

If analog delay is used, it would be 1536MHz at maximum?

    Hello Hirano-san,

    It is possible to use these outputs frequencies up to 3100 MHz. However as you increase frequency the output amplitude will reduce.

    Correct, if analog delay is used, the typical maximum output frequency is 1536 MHz. When using analog delay with an odd divide value, be sure to enable duty cycle correction. Please note, that using analog delay will result in an increase in noise floor.
