Part Number: CDCLVP111-SP

Hello, 

im sooyeon

there is a radiation(TID) data document of CDCLVP111-SP, but the tested part is 5962R1620701VXC.

But that part is not for sale. is it error? 

THe 5962-1620701VXC part is for sale now, are those using same die?

    As far as I can tell, the RHA version of this device was never released as I can find no SMD at the Defense Logistics Agency. I believe our radiation report needs to be updated to reflect this. The part 5962-1620701VXC is the same device but without radiation hardness assurance.
