Please tell me the register setting rules.
I started the device in hard pin mode and then reprogrammed the registers.
I change the register while outputting the clock but the set frequency does not come out.
However, after setting the PLL to power down and rewriting the setting and returning the PLL again, the set frequency is obtained.
Is there such a rule in register setting?
