Sorry to bother you.

Does TI have programable clock buffer?

One crystal input, four output：33.3333MHz、24MHz、10MHz、14.7456MHz。

LMK00304 can do that?

LMK00304 can not do this. This is more than a simple buffer as the frequencies are different.

Consider using the CDCM6208V2 or CDCE937 which can produce all 4 of these frequencies.

I got this from the TI Clock Architect Tool.
