Hello, I am trying to test just the SPI Communication of a LMK04828 via 3 wire SPI. Below is the circuit I am using. Can you verify I have the necessary connections to operate the device.

Hi Corey,
If only R/W registers through SPI, current connections are OK. For PLL operation, CLKin need a rerenfece clock, OSCin need a VCXO iput. Refer to LMK04828 EVM user guide, www.ti.com/.../snau145b.pdf
There are schematics in the guide.
