Hello,
I was wondering if there are any known problems with reliability on the LMX2595EVM Rev. C. We have purchased 6 of these boards, 5 were revision C and 1 was revision B. Our revision B is the oldest and has had no issues, but 3 of our revision Bs have suddenly stopped worked during routine testing using TICS pro and SPI programming. The boards were given 3.3V with a compliance current of 600mA and suddenly would stop responding to any SPI commands. The LED on board no longer turns on and the current consumption is a constant 180-190mA on all 3 non-responsive units.
Are there any methods of doing a hard reset on the chip or other technique that is known to fix the issue?
