Hi,

i have question of Clock Source selecting ( REFSEL pin ).

when i select LVCOMS to Clock Source,Crystal Oscillator was break down...

Is there any to make Crystal Oscillator work properly？

I think that's not a break-down, that's power down oscillation circuits for XIN & XOUT when you select REFP & REFN.
When you select XIN & XOUT with REFSEL= Low, the oscillator should work.

REFSEL is used to select between the input references to the PLL. A low level selects the crystal reference on
XIN. A high level selects the differential input reference on REFP, REFN.
