This is not possible. You can have one output look at the VCO and the other one with a divided version, but there only one VCO divider. You can not have two different divided versions of the VCO. For parts with multiple output dividers, this would be the CDC or LMK series of products.

Also, for these lower frequencies, the LMX2572LP is pinout compatible and lower frequency and current and might be an alternative; although it can't do two separate output didivdes.

If you want an LMX series products, you could do the LMX2581 and set the direct VCO frequency to 2.5 GHz and then set the other output to divide by 4 or 625 MHz output.
