I look for 9DML0441 alternate device. Is LMK00334 the best device for this purpose?

If yes, Is LMK00334 output driver impedance 100ohm differential?

    Yes, LMK00334 is the best device.  The HCSL (current steering) driver uses an open-source output stage (high impedance).  External 50-ohm load resistors (DC-coupled) on the CLKoutX_P/N pins are required to generate the differential output voltage and to terminate the clock traces.  The driver is intended to drive a pair of 50-ohm single-ended traces or 100-ohm differential pair, since the HCSL output AC and DC specifications are given for a 50-ohm load condition in the datasheet.
