1.Datasheet shows that MCLK_IN recommend input max voltage is 1.89V,actually my external TCXO is 19.2MHz,1.8V level; I am worried clock's ripple maybe will click the max volatge, is it necessary to change the clock buffer ?and if you have any recommend? I need 2 channel

2.What's meaning of Level-1-260C-UNLIM in MSL Peak Temp ?

    Hello,

    1. It should not be a problem even if there is with some overshoot on the Vi pin.  

    2. Level-1-260C-UNLIM:  Level-1 is the highest MSL rating where it is considered as being not moisture sensitive even at 85% RH and components rated MSL1 do not require dry packing (factory floor life is unlimited).  260C refers to the peak reflow temperature.
