LMK04832: Combining SPI signals from multiple LMK's, is SDIO high impedance/tri-stated when CS* is "high"?

I want to combine the SPI SCK and SDIO for two devices. The CS* pins will be separated. I'm using a bidirectional SPI buffer (MAX3395EETC+T) to combine the SCK pins and SDIO pins. Is the SDIO pin high impedance/tri-stated if the CS* is "high". I'm thinking it is, but wanted to verify it as I couldn't find it in the datasheet.
